Payroll Issue Update

Weyerhaeuser Members, 

We are aware of the issues you may have been having with your paychecks: underpayments, overpayments, unpaid shift differentials, wrong 401(k) deductions, wrong overtime, and more. We are taking the proper steps to address this issue: filing grievances and talking directly with Weyerhaeuser HR. 

Please double-check your current and last couple of pay stubs to verify that they are correct, and to identify what is missing or incorrect, and NOTIFY YOUR DIRECT SUPPERVISOR of the issue. They should then notify HR and Payroll to start the correction.

We are going to maintain contact with Weyerhaeuser to ensure all issues are corrected as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please talk to your shop stewards, and they can reach out to your Union Rep for additional information. Thank you.
