Bargaining UPDATE 05/13/26

The IAM-Weyco negotiating team spent Wednesday morning exchanging economic proposals with management. Throughout these discussions, we remain committed to addressing the key differences that still exist between the parties on several company proposals.

Our team is continuing to work late into the evening preparing proposals to present when talks resume Thursday morning. We believe that if the company is willing to move on several important issues, we can continue making progress toward a potential agreement that can ultimately be presented to the membership for a vote.

We thank the membership for your continued patience, support, and solidarity throughout this lengthy process. Your voices, concerns, and priorities are being represented at the bargaining table every day.
