Members,

As with every new year, 2026 brings new opportunities. This year’s negotiations with

Weyerhaeuser are no exception. They represent an important opportunity for

us—together—to strengthen and improve our Union Contracts.

Our Union Contracts are among the most important resources in our working lives,

second only to our members and the work they perform every day. Your Negotiation

Committee takes this responsibility seriously. Bargaining is a critical, deliberate, and

necessary process, and we are committed to representing your interests with diligence

and integrity.

At the same time, it is essential to recognize the vital role you, the membership, play in

these negotiations. Ultimately, you have the final say in whether a company proposal is

accepted or rejected. An informed and engaged membership is central to a strong

bargaining position and a strong Union Contract.

To support that goal, this website has been created as a central hub for communication

and information. It is dedicated to providing members and their families with clear, timely

details about the bargaining process. Here, you will find information on when

negotiations are taking place, how the ratification process works, what a strike entails,

how to ask questions, and additional resources to help you stay informed.

While negotiations may seem just around the corner, preparation has been underway

since our last contract and strike in 2022. Over the past several months, your

Negotiation Committees have been meeting, receiving training, and developing a

strategy to best represent your needs, priorities, and interests. Additional information

and updates will be shared as we approach the May 31, 2026 contract expiration date.
