Contract Vote Results 05/21/26

Members,

The Membership of Locals W130, W246, W261, and W536 have ratified a new 4 year

Union Contract with the Weyerhaeuser company.

This has been a long process and your Negotiation Committee would like to commend

all of our over 1160 members for their commitment to each other to reach this point. The

bargaining process hardly ever makes everyone happy. But there are some things for

everyone to see in this contract that are improvements; higher wages, locked in

healthcare costs, improved retirement, more day at a time vacation, and others.

We now have the next 4 years to enforce and support the protections and benefits we

have negotiated. Your Contract is only as good as how we back it up. And if you want to

be on the front lines, please reach out to your Local Officers and Committees to see

how you can continue to be a part our Union’s leadership, as a Shop Steward,

Committee Person, or Local Officer.

Thank you and our fight isn’t stopping now. We all are just moving forward and

preparing for the next time we can support our members.
