Machinist Custom Choices MOA

During our negotiations we have also had agreement to provide optional supplemental insurance plans, such as accident insurance, illness and hospitalization insurance, life insurance, and other benefits, through Machinist Custom Choice, by Employee Benefit Services. These optional benefits will be paid by the members who enroll,  will be offered through direct bank deduction, and will have annual enrollment opportunities. These may or may not fit you and your families needs, but we felt the option was a benefit we could offer.
