Negotiations Update 03/06/26

In preparing for negotiations, the committees have attended two separate negotiations prep training courses, and the committees have met many times, incorporating member feedback to develop proposals that address your needs.

This week, we started the long process of sharing and negotiating with Weyerhaeuser over these proposals.

This is not a process where we share what our members want and need... and the Company just says yes. It is a constant, continuous battle to claw gains from the Company's hands.

As we said previously, we are at a beginning stage... we have an opportunity to make your needs known. And we are taking that opportunity seriously.

We will continue to gather input from members as this process moves forward and share updates as we progress.
