Federal law requires us to collect your Social Security number and date of birth once your strike pay exceeds $600. This information is necessary for reporting purposes and ensures that we remain in full compliance with federal regulations.
To avoid any delays or issues with your payments, please contact District W24 as soon as possible to confirm that we have your correct and up-to-date information on file.
