Your negotiation committee met with Weyerhaeuser on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday this week. We dealt with attendance issues and addressed the concerns we have with the new UKG system. Big Table issues and negotiations will start on Monday (wages, healthcare, retirement, and the like).
This is an important time in our working careers, and your committee is doing a great job representing your interests. Try to give them a little understanding as they return to work over the next couple of days. They are working hard and fighting for you.
