We heard a number of questions about how our wage increases compare to the increases in healthcare and dental premiums. Our IAM economist put together this chart to help explain and provide a visual of how those relate. Wage increases outpace healthcare increases almost 10 to 1, and when you factor in dental, it's still 7.5 to 1
